Overview of The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam (held in Utsunomiya)

For more information about the exam (held in Utsunomiya) and specific notes, please refer to the "Exam Guide (Japanese / English)".
The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam will be held at the Tochigi Prefectural Cultural Center on April 23, 2025. This test will consist of a written test and a practical test in accordance with the implementation guidelines The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam for Construction Industry established by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.

*You cannot take multiple exams at the same time. You can only take the exam for one exam of your choice.

*You cannot take the exam on multiple days including other regions. You can take the exam on the day of your choice.
*A check-in time will be specified for each examinee. You must arrive at the designated time to be able to check in. If you are late for the check-in time, you will not be able to take the exam.

What to bring on the day
① Certificate

② Examination ticket

- The receipt will be sent to your "JAC Members" message, so please show it on your smartphone or other device on the day.
③ Examination fee: 1,000 yen in cash
If you do not bring it with you on the day, you will not be able to take the exam.
*You are not allowed to share items with other test takers. Please prepare your own items.
Announcement of results
You will receive a message from "JAC Members" approximately two weeks after the exam.
If you pass, the pass certificate will be sent to "JAC Members".
the pass certificate is a PDF file, so please keep it in a safe place.

Textbooks and sample questions for the theory and practical sections of the No. 1 and No. 2 exams are available for each of the three sections: civil engineering, architecture, and lifeline/facilities.
