Compensation system for Specified Skilled Worker (i)
Supporting the creation of an environment where people can be employed and work with peace of mind
In order to create an environment where both the host company and the Specified Skilled Worker can employ and work with peace of mind, we have introduced the "Compensation System for Specified Skilled Worker (i) in the Construction Field" from January 1, 2024.
As a result, Specified Skilled Worker can enjoy the benefits of "further enhancement of benefits and improvement of work comfort", and "employment and retention of highly motivated human resources" for the host company.
Main Features
- ① As this system is operated using the acceptance fee as its source of funds, there is no additional financial burden.
- (2) Only Specified Skilled Worker (i) are eligible for coverage.
- (3) This is a "top-up compensation" that compensates for work-related accidents that are covered by the benefits of the government-run worker accident insurance (*).
