Specified Skilled Worker From the perspective of promoting evaluation based on skills and experience, etc., we have newly established a support system for promoting the accumulation of work history in the "Construction Career Up System (CCUS)" and began accepting applications on November 4, 2025.

As international competition for foreign human resources intensifies, improving the treatment of foreign human resources is an urgent issue. In order to promote the use of CCUS, which contributes to the acquisition of skills necessary for building Specified Skilled Worker career paths and treatment according to the acquisition of qualifications, this system supports the use of manager ID usage fees and competency evaluation fees for conventional professional construction projects, and is sponsored by the "Federation of Construction Industries", "National Japan Association of Construction Industries", and "National Association of Small and Medium-sized Construction Industries", which are the main contractors. It is a new support for construction companies that are members of the company.

Supported companies

If a construction company that is a member of the Japan Construction Industry Federation, the National Construction Industry Association, and the National Small and Medium-sized Construction Industry Association (a prime contractor that installs a so-called CCUS IC card reader, etc.) employs a Specified Skilled Worker (i) on its own, it is necessary to pay all Specified Skilled Worker (i) of the acceptance levy.

Support requirements

1. ① On-site usage fee (touch fee) 250,000 yen maximum per fiscal year
   This only applies to touches by foreign skilled workers (10 yen per person-day per site, up to 25,000 touches). If you do not have an IC card reader, please also apply for "④ IC card reader and other equipment purchase costs" below.
2. (2) Business registration fee (including renewal fee)
   Maximum amount within the fiscal year: 48,000 yen
   The Construction Industry Promotion Foundation (CCUS office) and will be paid by JAC at a later date. You can apply at the same time as "(1) On-site usage fee" or only if you have paid "on-site usage fee" in the past.
3. (3) CCUS Administrator ID Usage Fee The maximum number of IDs in the year is 1 (11,400 yen)
   The Construction Industry Promotion Foundation (CCUS office) and will be paid by JAC at a later date. 4. (4) Purchase cost of IC card readers and other equipment Maximum amount within the fiscal year: 60,000 yen
   We will check the usage status based on the accumulation status of employment history. There is no limit to the number of units as long as it is within the maximum amount.
