Supporting specified skilled workers after joining the company through "post-acceptance training" to deepen understanding of the system
The "post-acceptance training" course is run by the Foundation for International Transfer of Skills and Knowledge in Construction, and is aimed at foreign nationals who are starting work in the construction industry with a "Specified Skills" residence status.
The purpose of this training course is to enable specified skilled workers in the construction industry to understand the acceptance and protection systems that apply to them, and to enable them to devote themselves to their work with peace of mind and with a clear goal in mind. Accepting companies that have received certification for their construction specified skilled workers Specified Skills acceptance plans from the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport specified skilled workers take this training course, in principle, within six months of accepting them.
For courses held after March 2023, JAC will cover the full course fees (15,400 yen per person).
