Support from finding a hospital to online interpretation
For Specified Skilled Worker (i), illness and injury in an unfamiliar land is a great anxiety. The same is true for the host company.
"My child suddenly developed a fever during the night, but it's difficult to arrange for an interpreter."

In order to solve these problems unique to foreign human resources in Specified Skilled Worker (i) the construction field, JAC has established a multilingual medical support desk with the aim of reducing the burden on foreigners and host companies. There is no need to register or apply in advance, and professional medical interpreters will provide 24-hour support from finding a hospital, making an appointment, and interpreting at the time of medical examination with just a smartphone of the foreigner himself.
Call and interpretation fees are free. We will help you eliminate language concerns and create a safe working environment.

Service details
1. Hospital search support
The service searches for nearby hospitals and clinics where foreign workers can receive treatment, while confirming their symptoms, wishes, and conditions over the phone. Information on potential medical institutions will be sent via email or short message (SMS).
2. Hospital reservation support
When you want to make, change, or cancel a hospital or clinic appointment, we provide multilingual support for contacting the hospital.
3. Medical interpretation over the phone
When visiting a hospital or clinic, conversations between foreign staff and doctors and nurses are interpreted over the phone (web calls via the staff's smartphone).
4. Consolation payments for hospitalization and surgery due to injury
If you are hospitalized due to an injury, we will pay you 1,400 yen per day of hospitalization (up to 180 days) as a condolence payment.
If you undergo surgery, we will pay you a condolence payment equal to the daily hospitalization fee multiplied by a specified multiplier (5 to 10 times) depending on the type of surgery.
