JAC offers two services to help you deal with such everyday troubles.
The "Emergency Service" covers problems with keys and plumbing, while the "Personal Liability Insurance" covers cases where compensation is required, such as when you injure someone or damage their property.
Furthermore, to address concerns such as "I don't know who to talk to" due to language and cultural differences, we have set up a dedicated support desk that supports 13 languages.
We can easily handle not only emergency plumbing and lock problems, but also small consultations about everyday life. You no longer have to bother your boss or colleagues on your days off.
Since this service is operated by the acceptance fee as a source of funds, there is no new financial burden on either the receiving company or the Specified Skilled Worker (i).

We provide 24-hour support for everything from plumbing problems to everyday issues.
Emergency response service
We accept general problems that occur in daily life 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, and our staff will rush to the scene to resolve them.
● Key trouble support
- I lost my keys and can't get into my house!

You will need to present a government-issued form of identification (resident card, passport, etc.).
We do not make duplicate keys.
Auto-lock doors in apartment buildings are not included in the work.

Paid support range
Overtime work fee for 60 minutes or more (1,100 yen (tax included) per 10 minutes), special work fee, parts fee (cost of various parts such as gaskets)
If you have any problems due to deterioration over time or problems in the shared areas, please contact your landlord or management company.
Personal liability insurance
You will pay when you accidentally break someone else's property or injure another person and are legally liable for damages.
However, this excludes damages based on the performance of duties, damages for items borrowed or kept by others, such as Specified Skilled Worker own room, and damages caused by automobiles, motorcycles, and electric scooters.
This coverage does not include settlement negotiation services.
