From June 16, 2025, the "Temporary Return Support" service will be changed

JAC offers Temporary Return Support to help specified skilled workers pay a certain amount of money for their temporary return to their home country.
We will change the system for temporary return to Japan (re-entry) after April 1, 2025.

Main changes

• A subsidy of 80,000 yen will be paid for each application. (Please read the notes.)
• Each person can apply up to two times in total.

Important points to note regarding changes

• The new rules will apply to applications for those who re-entered the country on or after April 1, 2025.
• There will be no payment of the difference to the Temporary Return Support money that has already been paid.
