Towards a workplace where people understand and respect each other's differences in values
You will learn the awareness necessary for smooth communication with foreign personnel.
The two-week "Cross-Cultural Understanding Course" provides practical training on the cross-cultural understanding perspective necessary for building trusting relationships with foreign employees.
Both courses incorporate practical work and time to talk with foreign staff, and the content can be applied to the workplace. Please use them to help retain employees and to step up your in-house training.
JAC accepts religious and cultural differences as "diversity" rather than "risks" and supports the creation of an environment where everyone can work comfortably.

Lecturer Introduction

Shiraishi Yoriko
Japanese language teaching qualification holder
I have been involved in Japanese language education since 2010.
I am constantly trying to find ways to help busy foreign workers learn Japanese efficiently. I would like to share with you some of the things I have devised over the years of working with foreign staff.

Tomomi Kawamoto
Japanese language teaching qualification holder
Since 2009, I have been working in the foreign human resources industry, providing support and education to foreign workers. Using my experience of learning languages while working abroad, I strive to provide Japanese language instruction as a way to create an easy-to-work environment for both foreigners and the companies that hire them.
My hobby is hula dancing. I will teach you simple Japanese using not only words but also rich expressions, just like the hand motions of hula.
