Specified Skills Acceptance Support Service

Improving Specified Skilled Worker skills, promoting coexistence with the community, and supporting daily life

In response to the full-scale acceptance of Specified Skilled Worker, JAC will focus on the following three areas and work to enhance support services so that Specified Skilled Worker can play an active role in the construction industry in the medium to long term.

JAC's "Acceptance Support Service" is operated based on the Specified Skilled Worker (i) 's acceptance contribution.

Skill improvement support Training and training support that contributes to the skill improvement of Specified Skilled Worker

  • Online Special Education

    To prevent workplace accidents, we provide free online special safety and health training in the native language of foreign workers engaged in hazardous work.

  • Subsidy system for obtaining qualifications

    If you pass The Specified Skills (ii) Evaluation Exam or Grade 1 of the National Trade Skill Test & Certification, you will receive 100,000 yen each to Specified Skilled Worker and the host company.

Support for promoting coexistence with local communities Support the creation of an environment where Specified Skilled Worker can work and play an active role in Japan over the medium to long term

  • Temporary Return Support

    Specified Skilled Worker Provides a certain amount of support for the expenses of temporary return to the home country, such as long vacations and unexpected returns.

  • CCUS charge support

    Specified Skilled Worker helps employers hire CCUS Administrator ID usage fees and Specified Skilled Worker competency assessment fees to pay for them.

  • Support system for promoting the accumulation of employment history

    Support is provided to prime contractors who are members of Zenken, Zenchuken, and Nikkenren, covering the cost of purchasing equipment such as CCUS IC card readers and on-site usage fees.

  • Post-acceptance training

    After acceptance, JAC will pay the full tuition fee for the "Post-Acceptance Course (sponsored by FITS)" for Specified Skilled Worker subjects within approximately 6 months.

  • Compensation system for Specified Skilled Worker (i)

    "Additional compensation" that compensates for occupational accidents that are covered by the government's worker accident insurance benefits. There are no new financial burdens.
