How Job matching System Works
Due to the Employment Security Law, we do not charge any fees!
For jobs in construction work (civil engineering, architecture, and other work related to the construction, remodeling, preservation, repair, modification, destruction, or dismantling of structures, and work related to the preparation for these works), paid employment placement businesses are prohibited from providing job placement services under Article 33, Paragraph 1 of the Employment Security Act. It is prohibited to request a fee for introducing a job or person. If you are approached and asked to pay a fee, please contact JAC.

Companies that want to employ specified skilled workers
We accept job postings from companies wishing to employ specified skilled workers. Please submit the necessary information via the job application form, and we will post the job information after screening it. We will also introduce specified skilled workers who are listed on Job Seeker Listings.
- We can only introduce "specified skilled workers." We do not introduce Japanese nationals.
- We do not accept applications from registered support organizations or other organizations that do not directly employ foreigners. Companies wishing to accept foreigners should apply directly.
- There are no fees for posting job information or introducing foreign job seekers.
If you are applying for a job, you will need the following information:
- Company information (company information, representative information, person in charge information, main business activities, etc.)
- Construction business license information (construction business license, construction business license year, construction business license number, etc.)
- Construction Career Up System Business ID
- Information about your employment (working hours, number of working days per year, place of employment, etc.)
- Hello Work job posting (photographed or scanned image file such as JPEG)
