The process from application to payment for education and training support (special education, skills training, etc.) will change

As a support project for Specified Skilled Worker (i) host companies, the Organization has a system to support a portion of the tuition fees for special education or technical training for Technical Intern Training students who are accepting students at the same time at the Specified Skilled Worker and at the same time.

At the meeting of the secretaries of the organization's regular member organizations on September 10, 2024, we have decided to change the administrative handling so far.

Until now, we have received submissions of business reports and business expense invoices through regular member organizations, but from this fiscal year, we will change the administrative procedure to be submitted directly by each receiving company.

To apply, please submit a business report (Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare: Construction Technology Form No. 3, Notification of Issuance Decision, and a copy of the person's certificate of completion) to the Organization.
After the confirmation examination at the Institute, please send the invoice for the project expenses directly.
After the confirmation examination, the Institute will pay the company's share of the tuition fee such as Specified Skilled Worker within one month.
