[Restored] Temporary suspension of telephone and fax inquiries due to communication failure

From 9:00 on November 13th until 14:30 on November 14th, there was an issue where calls and faxes to the call center were not connected.

As of 3:00 p.m. on November 14th, restoration work has been completed and the service is back in operation as normal.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience and trouble caused to our customers.
We will continue to work to identify the cause and take measures to prevent recurrence.
