JAC requests your cooperation in completing a survey on the current state of acceptance

Questionnaire survey on the actual situation of acceptance of construction Specified Skilled Worker and foreign Technical Intern Training students

We would like to thank you for your continued support and cooperation in accepting foreign human resources into the construction sector.

Currently, Japan Association for Construction Human Resources (JAC) is conducting a joint survey with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism with the aim of promoting the creation and promotion of the attractiveness of Japan's construction industry as a labor market through cooperation between the public and private sectors, such as by developing foreign skilled workers with a medium- to long-term perspective that goes beyond short-term compensation, and ensuring a safe working environment and stable income over the medium to long term, so that Japan will continue to be the "country of choice" for workers from other countries.

As part of the above survey activities, we will conduct a "questionnaire survey on the actual situation of acceptance of construction Specified Skilled Worker and foreign Technical Intern Training students" among the host companies, foreign workers, and Japan colleagues to understand the current situation of foreign construction technicians and the host companies, and to take necessary measures as the government in the future and activities that should be enhanced as a Specified Skilled Worker acceptance project implementation corporation. I would like to use this as an important document for the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism and JAC to cooperate and consider, so I would appreciate your cooperation.
