Two new services to support Specified Skilled Worker 's daily life problems have been launched!

We provide 24-hour support for everything from plumbing problems to everyday issues.

"I lost the key to my room", "the water in the toilet doesn't stop", "I injured someone else with a bicycle", etc., while living in Japan as an Specified Skilled Worker (i), you may encounter unexpected problems.

JAC offers two services to help you cope with such everyday troubles.
We offer an emergency response service for lock and plumbing problems, and personal liability insurance for cases where compensation is required, such as when you injure someone or damage their property.

Furthermore, a dedicated support desk has been set up to address concerns such as "I don't know who to talk to" due to language and cultural differences.
We can easily handle not only emergency plumbing and lock problems, but also small consultations about everyday life. You no longer have to bother your boss or colleagues on your days off.
