Request to change job seeker information (JAC Members)

Procedure for job seeker information change request

Follow the procedure below to change your overseas job seeker information.

Step1.
Open "Change the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information"

1-1. Open the "The menu of the recruitment information for residents out of Japan bulletin board"

Tap "BBS" on the bottom menu bar on the "JAC Members" app home screen.

The "The menu of the recruitment information for residents out of Japan bulletin board" will open.



1-2. Open the "The foreign job seekers who live out Japan information" screen.

When your job seeker information is "In private"
→tap [The information of job seekers (in private)].

When your job seeker information is "In public"
→tap [The information of job seekers (in public)].


When your job seeker information is "In private"


When your job seeker information is "In public"

1-3. Open "Change the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information"

Tap [Change].
The "Warning" dialogue box will open.

When you tap [Apply to change],
"Change the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information." will open.



Step2.
Change information

2-1. Change information

Select the items you wish to change and enter your information.


2-2. Open the confirmation screen

Tap [Next].
The confirmation screen will open.



Step3.
Check details and apply

3-1. Check details and apply

Check that the changed information is correct.

If what you entered is correct, check [I agree that my information will be offered to the companies.] and tap [Apply].
(The companies who look for the workers will be able to see your job seeker information.)

Tap [Back] if you need to correct the information.

Return to the "The menu of the recruitment information for residents out of Japan bulletin board" when your request has been sent successfully to JAC.



Step4.
Complete request for changing job seeker information

4-1. Check that the request has been approved by JAC

You will receive a message from "JAC when your Change the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information" is approved.
If your job seeker information has been public, it will be "In private".
(A notification will appear on [Message] at the bottom of the home screen.)

* JAC may correct some of your job seeker information during the confirmation process.

Check "3-1. Setting your job seeker information to public" of "Setting your job seeker information to public or private (JAC Members)" for how to make your job seeker information public.


Step5.
Cancel request

5-1. Open "The foreign job seekers who live out Japan information (in process)"

Tap [The information of job seekers (changing)] on the "The menu of the recruitment information for residents out of Japan bulletin board" screen.

"The foreign job seekers who live out Japan information (in process)" will open.



5-2. Cancel request to change overseas applicant recruitment information

Tap [Cancel] on "The foreign job seekers who live out Japan information (in process)".

Tap [Cancel] when the "Confirm it is canceled" dialog box opens.

Return to the "The menu of the recruitment information for residents out of Japan bulletin board" when the cancellation has been successful.
