Request to register job seeker information (JAC Members)

To use the JAC Members app notice board, you must register your overseas job seeker information.
You must have received an overseas exam certificate before you can register your job seeker information.
For more details, see "Obtain a certificate (for exams taken outside Japan)".

Procedure for job seeker information registration request

Follow the procedure below to complete a job seeker information registration request.

Step1.
Open "Register the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information"

1-1. Open the "Confirm to use the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information bulletin board." screen

Tap "BBS" on the bottom menu bar on the "JAC Members" app home screen.

"Confirm to use the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information bulletin board" will open.



1-2. Open the "Register the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information" screen

Carefully read and check the information shown in "Confirm to use the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information bulletin board".
Tap [Agree to apply] if you agree.

"Register the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information" will open.

Step2.
Enter your information

2-1. Enter your information

①Language to use

Select all the languages you can speak.

②Passed Specified Skills Evaluation Exam(required)

From the exam choices of "Civil Engineering", "Building", and "Infrastructure & Equipment", select all the exams you have passed.
(The companies who look for the workers will be able to see your job seeker information.)

2-2. Enter your information

③Passed Japanese language test

Check the highest level in the Japanese Language Proficiency Tests you passed.

④Test for Basic Japanese

If you passed the Test for Basic Japanese, check here.

⑤Desired monthly income (YEN) (required)

Select what monthly salary you would like to receive.

⑥Other desired conditions (required)

Enter what you desire at the workplace.(Max.2,000 characters)

2-3. Open the confirmation screen

Tap [Next] to go to the confirmation screen.



Step3.
Check details and apply

3-1. Check details and apply

Check that the information you entered is correct.

If what you entered is correct, check [I agree that my information will be offered to the companies.] and tap [Apply].

Tap [Back] if you need to correct your information.

Return to the "Confirm to use the foreign job seekers who live out Japan information bulletin board" screen when your request has been sent successfully to JAC.

You have now completed the job seeker information registration request.



Step4.
Complete Job seeker information

4-1. Check that the request has been approved by JAC

You will receive a message from JAC when your request has been approved.
(A notification will appear on [Message] at the bottom of the home screen.)

Now you have registered your job seeker information.
* JAC may correct some of your job seeker information during the confirmation process.

Tap "BBS" on the bottom menu bar to open the "The menu of the recruitment information for residents out of Japan bulletin board" screen.

Check "3-1. Setting your job seeker information to public" of "Setting your job seeker information to public or private (JAC Members)" for how to make your job seeker information public.
