Check Messages (JAC Members)
JAC Members can check messages sent by JAC.
Some messages can be replied to.
Checking messages procedure
You can check messages in the JAC Members app by following the procedure below.
If you do not have the JAC Members app or an account, please refer to "Register Account (JAC Members)".
Step1.
Login to "JAC Members"
1-1. Display login screen
Tap the "JAC Members" icon.
If you do not know your email address,
go to "I forgot my registered email address for "JAC Members"".
If you have do not know your password,
go to "I forgot my registered password for "JAC Members"".
1-2. Login to "JAC Members"
Enter your email address and password on the "JAC Members" login screen. Tap [Login]. The "JAC Members" home screen will appear.
Step2.
Open the "Message List" screen
2-1. Open the "Message List" screen
Tap "Message" on the menu at the bottom. The "Message List" screen will appear.
*A 
mark will appear on important messages.
*Messages that have not been read will appear in bold.
Step3.
Open "Message Details"
3-1. Tap the message
Tap the message you want to read. The message body will be displayed.
Click the [×] mark in the upper left if you wish to return to the Message List.
Enter your reply or select an answer, and then tap [Send]. After sending the message properly, [Reply] will disappear from the message body.
