Delete account (JAC Members)

To delete your JAC Members account, you must send an account deletion request.
Your account will be deleted once your request is approved.

Delete account procedure

Follow the procedure below to delete your JAC Members account.

Step1.
Open the "Delete Account" screen

1-1. Display login screen

Tap the "JAC Members" icon.

1-2. The "Home" screen will appear

Log in using your registered email address and password.
The "Home" screen will appear.

I don't know my email address...
Please see I forgot my registered email address for "JAC Members".

I don't know my password...
Please see I forgot my registered password for "JAC Members".

1-3. Tap the menu in the upper left

Tap the menu icon. A menu list will appear.

1-4. Open the "Delete Account" screen

Tap [Delete Account] in the menu. The "Delete Account" screen will appear.

Step2.
Request account deletion

2-1. Tap [Delete Account]

Tap [Delete Account] on the "Delete Account" screen.
Tap the [×] in the upper left if you do not wish to proceed.

You will be unable to download your certificate if you delete your account, so please download the certificate and save it to your smartphone.
Your messages will also be deleted.

2-2. Complete account deletion request

Tap [OK] in the "Confirm account deletion" box. Your account deletion request will now be complete.
If you do not wish to proceed, tap [Close] in the "Delete Account" box, and then tap the [X] in the upper left of the screen.

Step3. Account deletion complete

3-1. Confirmation email from JAC

When JAC has approved the Request for Account Deletion, JAC will send an email to your registered email address.
If you receive the email, your account will have been successfully deleted.
(It may take some time for the account deletion request to be approved.)
