Delete your account

To delete your "JAC Members" account, you must submit an account deletion request.
If your application is approved, your account will be deleted.

How to delete your account

If you wish to delete your registered "JAC Members" account, please follow the steps below.

Please note that once you delete your account, you will not be able to create it again.

Step 1.
View "Account deletion request"

1-1. Display the login screen

Launch the "JAC Members" app and display the login screen.

1-2. Display the "Home" screen

When you log in with your registered email address and password, the "Home" screen will be displayed.

1-3. Tap the menu in the upper left

Tapping the menu icon will display the menu list.

1-4. Display the "Account Deletion Request" screen

When you tap "Delete Account" from the menu, the "Account Deletion Request" screen will be displayed.

Please note that once you delete your account, you will not be able to create it again.

If you are unable to apply and a dialog box appears stating "You cannot make a new application because the following applications have already been submitted," please check the frequently asked questions below.

Request account deletion

2-1. Tap [Request account deletion]

Tap [Apply for account deletion] on the "Account Deletion Request" screen.
To cancel deletion, tap the x in the upper left.

Please note that if you delete your account, all past messages will also be deleted.

If you are unable to apply and a dialog box appears stating "You cannot make a new application because the following applications have already been submitted," please check the frequently asked questions below.

2-2. Account deletion request completed

Tap [OK] next to "Confirm account deletion."

Your account deletion request has been completed.

Once your "Account Deletion Request" has been sent to JAC, a message will be displayed confirming your request has been accepted.

Step 3. Confirm the application results

3-1. Check the application results

The result of your application will be sent to you via message. Please check the message in the app.
(It may take some time for the application results to be announced.)

If approved, you will be automatically logged out after a short while.
