Reset Password (JAC Members)

1-1. Display login screen

Tap the "JAC Members" icon.

1-2. Open the "Reset Password" screen

On the "JAC Members" login screen, tap "here" where it says "If you forgot the password, tap here".

The "Reset Password" screen will appear.

1-3. Enter the email address for the account

Enter the registered email address for your JAC Members account in the "Mail Address" and "Check mail address" fields.

Tap [Send mail].

2-1. Check the email has been sent to the entered address

You will receive a reset password email from [JAC Members System] at the address you entered in "Reset Password".
Open the email and tap the link inside.
The JAC Members "Password reset" screen will appear.

2-2. Reset password

Enter the same password in "Password for reset" and "To confirm password for reset" according to the rules.
Tap [Reset].

★Rules (8 characters or more in half-width characters)
Including a combination of two or more below.

• ・Uppercase letters(ABC...)
• ・Lowercase letters(abc...)
• ・Numbers(123...)
• ・Symbol(~!@#$%^&*()-_+=|{}]['";?<>,.)
