Register your account

Before using the smartphone app "JAC Members", you must register an account.

How to register an account

To register an account for the "JAC Members" app, please follow the steps below.

* Only one account can be registered per company.

If you change your smartphone model, reinstall the "JAC Members" app, or delete the app data, you will not be able to use the app unless you apply for a device change. Please see the link below for details.

Step 1.
Display of "Account Application" screen

1-1. Launch "JAC Members"

Tap the "JAC Members" icon to open the login screen.

Make sure you have "New Registration".

If you have forgotten your password, please check the link below.

I forgot the password I registered for the "JAC Members" app.

When "Account created" is displayed

If an account has already been created on the smartphone you are using to apply, "Account created" will be displayed.

If you already have an account, you will not be able to register a new account.
Please use the account you have already created.

1-2. Display the "Account Application" screen

Tap the [New Registration] link on the login screen to open the "Account Application" screen.

Step 2.
Enter information on the "Account Application" screen

2-1. Enter your email address and password

Please enter your email address and password.

① Email address and confirmation email address

Enter your email address.

②Password and confirmation password

★Rules (8 or more characters)
Include a combination of two or more of the following:

・Capital letters (ABC...)
・English characters (abc...)
- Numbers (123...)
・Symbols (~!@#$%^&*()-_+=|{}]['";?<>,.)

2-2. Select "Interaction with foreign nationals Specified Skills"

Under "Interactions with Specified Skills Foreign Nationals," select "Accepting Companies."

2-3. Enter your JAC membership status, name, date of birth, and nationality

Please enter your name, date of birth and nationality.

① JAC membership status

Select your company's JAC membership status from "Affiliated with a regular member organization," "Supporting member," or "Not a member."

② Name

Enter your name.

③ Date of birth

Select your date of birth from the calendar that appears.

④ Nationality

Select your nationality.

Enter your JAC membership status, name, date of birth, and nationality

2-4. Take a photo of your ID (if you are a Japanese national)

If you selected a country other than Japan for "④ Nationality" in 2-3, please proceed to "2-5. Take a photo of your ID (if your nationality is other than Japan)."
2-5. Take a photo of your ID (if you are not a Japanese national)

Under Photo ID, select the ID you want to use to take the photo from Driver's License, Individual Number Cards ("My Number Card"), or Passport.

*If there are any defects in the photo, such as the characters on the ID being illegible, your application will not be accepted. If you are unsure, please take another photo.

① When using a driver's license

"I'll take a photo of your driver's license."Tap and take a photo of the front and back of your driver's license.

③ If you use a passport

Under "Take a photo of your ID" check "Passport."

Take the following photo:

● Take photos A and B according to the instructions.

● If there is no "anamoji" on the A or B pages of your passport, you will also need to take a photo of page C.

If there is an "anamoji" on both page A and page B, photo C is not necessary.
If you do not have an "anamoji", please take a photo that shows that A and B are the same passport.

⑩ Check the warning message and tap "Start shooting."
⑪ Take a picture of both the page with your name and the page with "short-term visa" or "sticker for extension of period of stay" affixed to it.
⑫ Check the photos you took.
Once you have completed the check items, check them. Once you have checked all three, tap "OK."
If any of the items have not been checked, tap "Take Again" and take the photo again.

⑨ The thirdTap

⑩ Check the warning message and tap "Start shooting."

⑪ Take a picture of both the page with your name and the page with "short-term visa" or "sticker for extension of period of stay" affixed to it.

⑫ Check the photos you took.
Once you have completed the check items, check them. Once you have checked all three, tap "OK."
If any of the items have not been checked, tap "Take Again" and take the photo again.

This completes the passport photo shoot.

You will return to the first screen.
Once your photo fits in all three frames, your passport photo shoot is complete.

Tap "Next" below the three photos.

On the "Confirm Face Photo" screen, check that the photo is clear. If it is clear, check each item and tap the [OK] button.

2-7. Enter your company information

Please enter your company name and address.

Enter your company name.

Enter the address of the company you are registering.

2-8. Enter construction permit information

Tap "Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism" or "Prefectural Governor."
(If you tap "Prefectural Governor", select "Construction Business License Prefecture".)

Tap "General Construction Industry" or "Specific Construction Industry."

Enter the fiscal year (Japanese calendar).
Example 1) Heisei 30 → Enter "30"
Example 2) 2023 → Enter "5"

Enter a number.

If there are multiple construction permits, tap the "+" sign next to "Add construction permit" and enter the other construction permit information.
(You can enter up to five pieces of construction permit information.)

2-9. Take a photo of a business card

"Take a photo of your business card"Tap to take a picture of your business card.

2-10. Display the confirmation screen

Tap [Next]. A confirmation screen will appear.

Step 3.
Check the application details

3-1. Check the displayed content and photos

Check that the input is correct.
If it is correct, tap Next.

Step 4.
Check the "Terms of Use"

Check the terms of use.

If you agree to the terms, check [I Agree] and tap [Next].

Step 5.
Check the "Privacy Policy"

5-1. Check the "Privacy Policy"

Check the privacy policy, and if you agree to the terms, check [Agree] and tap [Apply].

The "Confirm Email Address" screen will be displayed.

After tapping [Apply], please complete Step 6 within 3 minutes.
*The login will time out after 3 minutes. If this happens, please log in again. The email will be resent.

Confirm the email address of "JAC Members"

6-1. Check if you have received an email from JAC and tap the link

Immediately check to see if you have received an email from JAC at the email address you entered in "2-1. Enter your information."

Tap the link in the email. The home screen will be displayed.

This completes the email address verification.

Confirmation of account application results

7-1. Check the account application results

JAC will review and approve your account application.
Please note that it may take some time for your application to be approved.

Once your account registration is approved, your account registration is complete. "News" will be displayed on the home screen.
