② Overseas Examination

Starting this year, we plan to start overseas testing. First of all, we are currently working on holding the test in Indonesia and the Philippines in July of this year. We plan to release the test information in mid-June and start accepting applications in late June, but we will inform you as soon as we are ready.

We are also considering conducting trials in Cambodia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, Uzbekistan, and Bangladesh, and will provide information on these countries as soon as preparations are complete.

In addition to the above initiatives, we will also proceed with preparations for launching a business providing specific recruitment information, etc.
JAC is considering starting a "special recruitment information provider business" as stipulated in Article 43-2, Paragraph 2 of the Employment Security Law. Specifically, after filing a notification under the same paragraph, we are preparing to start a service to provide construction company recruitment information to those who have passed overseas examinations, and a service to provide construction companies with job-seeking information of those who have passed overseas examinations, one after another, from September this year onwards.
We will provide you with further details as soon as they are ready.

③ Foreign language versions of the text

Until now, only the Japanese version of the textbooks have been made available, but to assist test takers in their studies, we will be creating and releasing foreign language versions in due course.

Currently, we have released the English and Indonesian versions.

In the future, we plan to create and release translated versions in eight other languages: Vietnamese, Filipino (Tagalog), Cambodian, Nepali, Sri Lankan (Sinhalese, Tamil), Uzbek (Uzbek), and Bangladeshi (Bengali).

2. The Specified Skills (ii) Evaluation Exam

For The Specified Skills (ii) Evaluation Exam, JAC is currently reviewing the textbook that will show the scope of the test. After confirmation from the Examination Committee and coordination with the relevant government agencies, we aim to release the textbook along with the test schedule by the end of September this year, and to start the test in November this year. Subsequent tests are scheduled to be held at least once a month.

Regarding textbooks, we are considering adding content on "foreman training" to the current textbook for the The Specified Skills (ii) Evaluation Exam The Specified Skills (i) Evaluation Exam. We would like those aiming to pass The Specified Skills (i) Evaluation Exam to advance their basic learning.
