Education and Training Support
In response to requests from host companies, JAC provides the following support services to construction companies affiliated with regular member organizations and JAC supporting members.
As for training courses and seminars hosted by regular member organizations, we will announce them by email, online, etc. as soon as the course schedule is decided.
We provide comprehensive support for the recruitment and training of outstanding foreign human resources, from Specified Skilled Worker (i) to Type 2!
For companies planning to employ specified skilled workers
1. Support for basic education
For foreigners who wish to work as Specified Skills, JAC's regular member organizations will provide training and courses on basic skills and support them in acquiring skills. Since they will have acquired basic skills, you can be assured of their employment. In principle, JAC will fully support the planning and costs of training and courses offered by regular member organizations.
2. Recruitment support
For foreigners who wish to work as Specified Skills, JAC's regular member organizations support recruitment activities such as job explanations, recruitment, and interviews. By foreigners themselves understanding the job content in advance, they can smoothly enter the workplace and prevent mismatches between accepting companies and foreigners. In principle, JAC fully supports the planning and costs of training and courses for regular member organizations.
