Limitation on the number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) accepted

The total number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) and the total number of Foreign Construction Workers must not exceed the total number of full-time employees of the construction company (hereinafter referred to as the "accepting company" in this chapter) that accepts Specified Skilled Worker (i) Specified Skilled Worker (i). In other words, the total number of Type 1 Specified Skilled Workers and the total number of Foreign Construction Workers can be up to the total number of full-time employees of the accepting company.

Since construction skilled workers are expected to work at various construction sites, a certain number of full-time staff are needed so that supervisors can properly instruct and train Specified Skilled Worker (i) who require support, and therefore there is a limit on the number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) that can be accepted.
