Chapter 1
07. Limitations on the number of people accepted

Specified Skilled Worker (i) Capacity Limit

The sum of the total number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) and the total number of foreign construction workers is the number of construction enterprises that accept Specified Skilled Worker (i) (hereinafter referred to as "host enterprises" in this chapter). The total number of full-time employees must not be exceeded. In other words, the sum of the total number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) and the total number of foreign construction workers can be accepted up to the total number of full-time employees of the host company.

Since construction technicians are expected to work at various sites, a certain number of full-time employees are required by supervisors to properly guide and develop Specified Skilled Worker (i) that require support, so there is a limit on the number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) workers.

This is the key point!

The "full-time staff" here does not include Specified Skilled Worker (i), foreign construction workers, and Technical Intern Training students.
