In addition, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism has published a table of correspondence with construction industry licenses on its website.

If the work is included in the corresponding work category, it is possible to engage in work other than the occupation experience in Technical Intern Training, etc. However, it is necessary to conduct sufficient training and various trainings, including Safety and Health Education *.

In addition, since it is necessary to give a raise so that the remuneration is equal to or higher than that of Japanese people with similar skills for the job type and work performed, it is necessary to either conclude a new employment contract or enter into a contract to change the basic wage, and then submit a notification of the change in basic salary on the Foreign Work Management System.

*This refers to training provided by the accepting company and education required by the Occupational Safety and Health Act.
