10. Attending post-acceptance courses or training
The accepting company must have the foreign national take a post-acceptance training course designated by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism within approximately six months of accepting Specified Skilled Worker (i).
Foundation for International Transfer of Skills and Knowledge in Construction (FITS), a fair employment supervision organization, will inform the accepting company of the dates, times, locations, etc. of the courses after accepting Specified Skilled Worker (i), so the accepting company should select the courses that are available to them and have their workers take them.
Please note that if you do not have your worker take this training course, you will be treated as not meeting the certification requirements for the Construction Specified Skills Acceptance Plan.
