This is an attachment for online application, which is required only if you are employed under a flexible working hours system.
All documents must be submitted.
If your company has adopted a monthly flexible working hours system and has not filed a report with the Labor Standards Inspection Office, please attach any documents related to the agreement.

[Agreement on annual variable working hours system] Please attach a valid document.

- Submitted to the Labor Standards Inspection Office and stamped with acceptance
- Documents submitted to the Labor Standards Inspection Office that do not have a stamp of acceptance
- Items related to the notification of an agreement that has not been submitted to the Labor Standards Inspection Office but will be submitted
Please attach in order of priority. It is not necessary to attach all three types.

STEP

[Notification of an agreement regarding annual variable working hours system] Please attach a copy with the acceptance stamp.

・Please attach the document submitted to the Labor Standards Inspection Office that has a receipt stamp and is still valid.
* "Notification of Agreement on Annual Variable Working Hours System"...hereafter, referred to as "Notification of Agreement"

・If a flexible working hours system is adopted, the same working hours and number of working days as those stated in the above-mentioned flexible working hours agreement notification must be entered in "Document No. 15 Specified Skills Worker Employment Contract and Employment Conditions."

[Notification of Agreement] Cases where approval is not granted due to differences in numbers

・The difference in numbers due to Japanese skilled workers not adopting a flexible work system and foreign skilled workers adopting a flexible work system is not permitted because it conflicts with Article 1, paragraph 2 of the Ministerial Ordinance on Specified Skills Standards, which states that "the scheduled working hours of foreign workers must be equivalent to the scheduled working hours of regular workers employed by Specified Skills affiliation organization."
The reverse is also true; it can be said that they are equal only if all construction workers either adopt or do not adopt flexible working hours.

[Annual Calendar] Please attach a valid copy of the agreement submitted to the Labor Standards Inspection Office.

[Monthly working hours] Confirm whether the hours worked and the number of holidays are the same as those stated in the employment contract and the important matters advance explanation document.
