What kind of people are "foreigners residing in Japan"?

"Foreigners residing in Japan" are primarily considered to be those who fall under the following categories:

"Foreigners coming to Japan from overseas" are mainly those who fall into the following categories.

① Those who have successfully completed Technical Intern Training (ii) and returned to their home countries
②Those who have experience in Technical Intern Training No. 3 and have returned to their home country
3) Those who have experience as foreign construction workers and have returned to their home countries
④ Foreigners who have passed both skills evaluation exam and the Japanese language test
What precautions should I take when securing Specified Skilled Worker (i)?

Foreigners who are currently undergoing technical intern training and have not yet completed their technical intern training plan are not permitted to change their status of residence to "Specified Skills" due to the nature of their "technical intern training" status. However, applications for certification of construction Specified Skills acceptance plans can be made six months before the expiration date of their "technical intern training" status of residence. In addition, foreign construction workers can change their status of residence to "Specified Skills" by completing the necessary procedures without waiting for the expiration date of their "specified activities" status of residence. Foreigners currently residing in Japan with "technical intern training" or "specified activities" status of residence (foreign construction workers) can apply for permission to change their status of residence without returning to their home country temporarily.

Is there a limit to the number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) that can be accepted?

The total number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) and the total number of Foreign Construction Workers must not exceed the total number of full-time employees of the construction company that accepts Specified Skilled Worker (i). In other words, the total number of Specified Skilled Worker (i) and the total number of Foreign Construction Workers can be up to the total number of full-time employees of the accepting company.

I would like to be introduced to specified skilled workers, but I am not yet a member of JAC. Can I be introduced to a foreign worker if I am not a member?
