(1) Some practical experience as a team leader
The required practical experience is the number of working days (foreman + team leader) equivalent to level 3 of the ability evaluation criteria for the job type in Construction Career Up System that corresponds to the work classification.
In the event that there is no corresponding ability evaluation standard, the required practical experience will be "3 years or more of working days (foreman + team leader) (645 working days)".
