In our "Intercultural Understanding Course," which explores different cultures from both Japanese and foreign perspectives, you will learn essential knowledge for working with foreign workers, what foreigners expect from Japanese people and companies, and practical measures that Japanese people are actually taking. The content can also be used for in-house training, so please join us.

Attendees at the venue will have the opportunity to interact with our international staff. This is a chance to deepen your understanding of different cultures in a relaxed atmosphere, so please feel free to join us.

Theme: "Working in a team with Indonesians"

The May seminar will focus on "Working in a Team with Indonesians," offering insights into overcoming cultural differences and sharing realities of working with Indonesians. Indonesian staff members are also expected to attend.

Recommended for:

  • I want to learn about Indonesian work styles and tips for working with them.
  • I am interested in accepting Indonesian trainees.
  • I would like advice from those directly involved regarding considerations for Muslims.
  • I'd like to talk to Indonesians working in Japan.

"Intercultural Understanding Course ② Case Studies from Vietnam and India"

Theme: "Understanding Different Cultures in Vietnam and India"

The June seminar will focus on "Understanding Different Cultures in Vietnam and India," and will feature a diverse range of guests, including Japanese staff who work with Vietnamese people, Vietnamese staff who provide employment support, and Indian staff who work with Japanese people.
This article introduces common workplace problems and tips for reducing misunderstandings arising from cultural differences between Vietnam and India.

Recommended for:

  • Communication errors can occur between Japanese people and foreigners.
  • I want to know the problems that foreign employees face in Japanese workplaces.
  • I'd like to learn about the work ethic of Vietnamese people.
  • I want to learn some key points to keep in mind when working with Indians.

Since 2009, I have been engaged in support and education for foreign workers in the foreign human resources industry. Utilizing my experience of learning a language while working in a foreign country, I try to teach Japanese language as one of the means to create a comfortable working environment for both foreigners and the host company.
His hobby is hula dancing. Like hula hand motions, we will convey Plain Japanese not only words but also expressions.

Cross-cultural understanding course

This session will provide essential knowledge and practical know-how for working with foreign workers, from both the Japanese and foreign perspectives.

Basic knowledge about employing foreign nationals (under preparation)

This course provides a correct understanding of the system and laws, and teaches the fundamental knowledge that companies should be aware of. We invite experts in foreign employment as special lecturers to provide explanations that are easy for beginners to understand.

Plain Japanese Course (in preparation)

Students will learn practical skills in "conveying Japanese (Plain Japanese)" to communicate smoothly with multinational foreign talent.

Lifestyle/traffic guidance course (in preparation)

Let's work together with our foreign staff to consider what companies can do and what precautions they should take to ensure that foreign workers can live safely and securely in their communities.
