Using clear and understandable Japanese to create a safe and secure workplace.
This course teaches practical skills for "effective Japanese communication" to facilitate smooth daily interactions with non-native Japanese speakers.
Based on feedback from participants of the same course in 2024 and 2025, we have refined the content to include immediately usable information and practical know-how.

September 17th and October 15th "Plain Japanese Lecture"
In September and October, students will learn the practical skills of "Japanese to communicate (Plain Japanese)" in order to communicate smoothly with multinational foreign human resources.
Since it is carefully organized from the basics, even first-timers can participate with confidence.
You will review your usual use of words, visualize "word discrepancies" that cause misunderstandings, and learn how to communicate to prevent mistakes and redo through practical examples and work.
Based on the voices of last year's participants, we will further improve the content, touch on the background (position, psychology, and relationships) that are "difficult for foreign human resources to hear" and support the creation of a workplace where "I don't think I understand".

Since 2009, I have been engaged in support and education for foreign workers in the foreign human resources industry. Utilizing my experience of learning a language while working in a foreign country, I try to teach Japanese language as one of the means to create a comfortable working environment for both foreigners and the host company.
His hobby is hula dancing. Like hula hand motions, we will convey Plain Japanese not only words but also expressions.
