The deadline for renewal procedures is between 90 days and 30 days before the expiration date.

The work that specified skilled workers are engaged in does not have to match the licensed industry.

If the construction work is included in the work category of specified skilled workers 's residence status, the company can have them engage in any type of construction permitted by the Construction Business Act.

<If you are currently applying for renewal permission> Attach a copy of the old license and renewal permission application form.

The copy of the renewal permit application form must be on the front page, and must have the approval stamp of the permitting authority.
