These are the documents required for online application.

Some organizations issue "Specified Skills acceptance" membership cards to existing members, and may not accept Specified Skills unless you obtain the membership card. Please check with the organization your company belongs to in advance.
Example: Japan Association for Construction Human Resources Inc.)
If you are not a regular member or a JAC supporting member, you will not be able to apply for certification as you do not meet the requirements.
If you do not currently have a membership card, you will need to join a regular member organization or JAC.
Please note that applications cannot be made using the application form or application receipt.
・Depending on the organization, it may take several months to half a year from application to issue a membership card.
・Some organizations have membership requirements, and you may not be able to join even if you wish to.
・If the membership requirements of the organization allow, for example, if a company that wants to accept Specified Skilled Worker in "marine civil engineering" is a member of the Urethane Insulation Association or the Japan Promotion Technology Association, there is no problem in applying for certification
・Please check the enrollment conditions, enrollment time, and the cost of accepting the Specified Skills, and consider an organization that meets the conditions.
・If you are refused membership due to inconsistent conditions, please consider becoming a supporting member of JAC
