Skilled workers in the construction industry are prohibited from being recruited through paid employment placement agencies.
Job postings other than those from Hello Work will not be accepted unless they are from free job placement services run by prefectures, cities, towns, or villages.

This system allows foreign human resources to be accepted only when it is deemed necessary because it is still difficult to secure domestic human resources.
Even if the same company as the Technical Intern Training trainee company uses Specified Skilled Worker System, it will only be possible to hire the Technical Intern Training student at Specified Skilled Worker System if it is not possible to hire domestic human resources as a result of its efforts to secure domestic human resources.

For example, if a job posting with a monthly salary of 250,000 yen ~ is attached, regardless of experience, but the basic wage (per month) of the Specified Skilled Worker who passed No. 1 The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam is 230,000 yen, it is not recognized that the remuneration is equal to or higher than that of a Japan person with equivalent skills.
