09. Document No. 7 Job advertisement when applying at Hello Work

[Application requirements] The job must be full-time and must be for a construction or civil engineering worker within the last year from the date of application.
*If you have never posted a job advertisement at Hello Work, you will need to post a job advertisement and submit it.
[Prerequisite] The job posting is a required document to prove that you meet the certification requirements.

<Certification requirements>
"Appropriate treatment of employees, recruitment of workers offering appropriate working conditions, and other efforts to secure domestic human resources" (Notification Article 3, Paragraph 3, Item 1, Ho)

Skilled workers in the construction industry are prohibited from being recruited through paid employment placement agencies.
Job postings other than those from Hello Work will not be accepted unless they are from free job placement services run by prefectures, cities, towns, or villages.

(Reference) About Specified Skills System

This system allows the acceptance of foreign human resources only when it is deemed necessary because, despite efforts to secure domestic human resources, it is still difficult to secure human resources.
Even if the same company that provided the technical intern training also uses Specified Skills system, it will only be able to employ the technical intern under Specified Skills system if, after making efforts to secure domestic human resources, it is unable to hire them.

[Note] The monthly salary listed on the job posting is also subject to screening.

For example, if a job advertisement states that no experience is required and the monthly salary starts from 250,000 yen, but specified skilled workers who has passed the Type 1 The Specified Skills Evaluation Exam receives a basic wage (monthly) of 230,000 yen, this will not be recognized as being equal to or greater than that of a Japanese person with equivalent skills.
Please note that unless the amount is 250,000 yen plus three years' worth of salary increases, it will not be recognized as being equal to or greater.

[Note] Job offers are limited to full-time positions for workers who are doing the same work as specified skilled workers.
