・Copy of Construction Career Up System (CCUS) card
・Confirmation of necessary information (residence card number, expiration date of period of stay, CCUS skilled worker ID, date of arrival, date of start of Specified Skills work)

In order to accept specified skilled workers in the construction sector, a construction Specified Skills acceptance plan must be approved by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
When specified skilled workers certified under this Construction Specified Skills Acceptance Plan enters the country (starts working), in principle, he or she is required to submit an acceptance report within one month.
If you are currently in the process of changing your status of residence to the Immigration Bureau and your status is still "Technical Intern Training" or "Designated Activities", please submit an acceptance report within one month of receiving your "Specified Skills" status of residence.

The "Foreigner Employment Supervision System" began operation on April 1 2020.
Accordingly, reports on acceptance based on the approved construction Specified Skills acceptance plan will also be made online.
Even if the plan was submitted on paper before March 31 2020, the acceptance report must be submitted online after approval.
However, if you have already submitted a paper receipt report, you do not need to submit the receipt report again online.

- You can attach up to 10MB per document.
・Basically, up to 30 files can be registered for one item, and up to 50 files can be registered in the remarks section only.

If CCUS registration takes time, please attach a document proving that you have submitted an application to CCUS.

- Residence card number
- Expiry date of period of stay
- CCUS technician ID
- Date of landing (the most recent stamp affixed to your passport)
- Date of start of Specified Skills employment
