This is the procedure for applying for a report on the acceptance of specified skilled workers.

[Advance preparation]

Copy of Construction Career Up System (CCUS) card. Please also confirm the following information for each specified skilled workers.
Residence card number
Expiry date of period of stay
CCUS technician ID
Date of landing (the "Date of landing" on the most recent stamp affixed to your passport)
Date of start of Specified Skills employment

STEP

After logging in to the Foreign Work Management System, select "Acceptance Report" from the menu screen.

Before the Construction Specified Skills Acceptance Plan is certified, only the "Plan Confirmation" menu will be displayed, and you will not be able to select "Acceptance Report."

[Note] If you are currently applying for a status of residence to the Immigration Bureau and your status of residence is still "designated activities" or "technical intern training", please submit the acceptance report within one month after your "Specified Skills" status of residence is issued.

3-02-01_How to log in to the foreign worker employment management system

STEP

Click "Report Required" for specified skilled workers you wish to report your acceptance to.

The employment status of specified skilled workers who report their acceptance is listed as "pre-acceptance."

STEP

Enter your residence card number and Construction Career Up System technician ID.

Residence card number: 2 digits of alphabet + 8 digits of numbers + 2 digits of alphabet
Construction Career Up System Technician ID: 14 digits

If CCUS registration takes time, enter 14 zeros for now.
Once you receive your technician ID, please correct it by submitting a change notification.
In the section for a copy of Construction Career Up System Card, please attach a statement of reasons why you cannot attach the card. (Optional format)

*If "CCUS technician ID" and "Copy of CCUS card" are grayed out and cannot be operated, please enter them from the change notification form.

STEP

Click "Choose File" to select the copy of your CCUS card and click "Upload"

If CCUS registration takes time, attach a document proving that you have submitted your CCUS application.
The document format is PDF/JPEG.

Select the most recent landing permission date on your passport from the calendar.

<Other than job change> For the construction Specified Skills start date, select the effective date of Specified Skills residence card from the calendar.

Changing jobs also includes cases where you quit your job to receive a lump-sum withdrawal payment, etc., and then get re-employed at the same company.

<If changing jobs> Select the employment start date from the calendar for the Construction Specified Skills Start Date.

Select the expiration date of your visa from the calendar.

Employment status will default to "Working"

If a foreigner who had planned to work cancels their entry after their plan has been approved for any reason, they should select "Withdraw."
