STEP

[Note] A plan cancellation application should be made if you have no plans to accept foreigners in the future.

[Plan Cancellation Application] If you do not have any plans to accept foreigners in the future

Please note that this is different from the withdrawal of certification for individual foreign nationals.

If you have any foreign nationals who are "not yet accepted," please report their status accordingly, such as "withdrawal," before taking any action.
If you have a foreign national who is "employed," please make a report appropriate to their situation, such as "resignation," "report of reason for not being able to continue," or "report of transition to Category 2," before taking any action.

STEP

[Note] If your application is approved, the certification number will be cancelled and the accepting company will no longer be obligated to fulfill various obligations.

[Plan cancellation application] If the application is approved, the certification number will be deleted.

Belonging to Specified Skills implementation organization or a construction industry organization that is part of such organization
Receive on-site guidance from appropriate supervision employment agencies, etc.
