Procedure for Reporting Changes to Certified Specified Skilled Worker Acceptance Plan in the construction field

Items that can be changed by submitting a change notification

There are two ways to change information: "Change Application" and "Change Notification." Please refer to the attached document for information on items that can be changed through the Change Notification.

After logging in to the Foreign Work Management System, select "Notification of Changes" from the menu screen.
Check the checkboxes of the items you want to change and change the information.

Please note that if it is not checked, you will not be able to make any changes.

<If the checkbox is grayed out and cannot be checked> Make the changes via the change request form

If the checkbox is greyed out even when applying for changes, it means that the item cannot be changed after certification.

After changing the information, click "Submit"
<If you want to confirm and modify the changes> Click "Edit"

Click "Edit" to return to the previous screen.

Check the changes and if there are no problems, click "Confirm" to complete the notification.
(Reference) You can check the changes from the "Check Plan" menu.

There was no confirmation email or contact from the Regional Development Bureau, etc.
