We are currently recruiting participants for our free online "Lifestyle/Traffic Guidance Course"!

Thinking with foreign staff
Corporate initiatives to prevent everyday problems

The final session in December will be a "Lifestyle/Transportation Guidance Seminar," focusing on the daily lives of foreign workers. We want to prevent problems in the surrounding areas of the company and work sites, as well as in the living areas of foreign workers. What should companies do to achieve this?
Foreign staff members will take the stage and share their real-life experiences.

Furthermore, in order to support the creation of a workplace environment that makes it easier for foreign talent to settle in, we will discuss practical guidance know-how with all the participants.

"Lifestyle/Traffic Guidance Courses" are key to community coexistence.

"Life/Traffic Guidance Seminar" to be held on December 10th

Once a foreigner steps outside the company...can they coexist harmoniously with the local community?

Take traffic rules, for example. In Japan, the rules are becoming stricter year by year, but foreign workers have limited opportunities to access the latest information. Therefore, accurate information from companies and support organizations is extremely important.

For foreign workers to live safely and securely in their communities, it is essential to promote their understanding of local life and to appropriately convey necessary information. On the other hand, there are also points that companies should be mindful of, such as being careful not to intrude too much on their privacy and communicating in a way that takes into account differences in culture and way of thinking.

In this course, foreign staff members will be presenting.

  • Differences from life in my home country
  • Things I'm careful about in Japan
  • Measures to prevent problems

We will introduce these points, including voices from those on the ground.
The content will be immediately applicable from the next day, so please join us!
