13. Document No.12 Explanation that the remuneration is equal to or higher than that of a Japan person with equivalent skills

This is the required supporting document for the online application.
The amount of Specified Skilled Worker compensation in all fields, not just in the construction field, is "equal to or greater than the amount of remuneration if a Japan person is engaged", and it is said that being a foreigner should not be treated at a disadvantage.
In the construction field, there are Technical Intern Training more disappearances than in other fields, and one of the main causes of disappearance is dissatisfaction with the amount of remuneration, so we are demanding a higher level and imposing a requirement of "stable payment of compensation equal to or greater than that of Japan people with equivalent skills".
In addition, by hiring foreigners at unreasonably low wages, the number of contractors contracting construction at unreasonably low prices may increase, and unfair competition due to dumping may occur. Therefore, the intention is not to unreasonably lower the wage level of foreigners, so that the wage level of the entire construction industry does not fall.

[Monthly salary calculation] Apply the actual figures to the formula and enter the result in the "Basic salary (monthly salary)" column for Japanese people.
