This is the procedure for selecting documents required for online application.

You will need to submit documents comparing you with the relevant Japanese skilled worker.
Please submit the following documents:
<Document No. 12>
A statement that the remuneration is equal to or greater than that of a Japanese person with equivalent skills
<Document No.13>
Wage register of Japanese with equivalent skills
<Document No. 14>
Documents certifying the number of years of work experience of a Japanese person with equivalent skills
Documents No. 12 and 14 can be downloaded from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism website at the link below.

If there are Japanese skilled workers in the same industry who do not fall under the 3-5 years employment category, you must submit the following documents to explain that the difference in remuneration compared to those Japanese skilled workers is within a reasonable range.
<Document No. 12>
A statement that the remuneration is equal to or greater than that of a Japanese person with equivalent skills
<Document No.13>
Wage register of Japanese with equivalent skills
<Document No. 14>
Documents certifying the number of years of work experience of a Japanese person with equivalent skills

・Based on the work regulations and wage rules, we will present the amount of remuneration to be paid to those with approximately 3 or 5 years of experience.
・We will provide the average wages of construction workers in the surrounding area and the unit price of design labor, etc.
Please submit the following documents:

A statement that the remuneration is equal to or greater than that of a Japanese person with equivalent skills
<Document No.13>
Payroll of Japanese skilled workers other than executives

- Based on the work regulations and wage regulations, present the amount of remuneration to be paid to those with about three or five years of experience
- Present the average wage of construction workers in the surrounding area and the unit price of design labor, etc.
Please submit the following documents:

A statement that the remuneration is equal to or greater than that of a Japanese person with equivalent skills
・Statistical survey materials, etc. Documents that serve as the basis for the amount of compensation
* In principle, the work regulations and wage regulations that can be used as supporting documents are documents submitted to the Labor Standards Inspection Office.

・To find the average wage of construction workers in the surrounding area, select the "D Construction Industry" sheet for the relevant prefecture from the Excel spreadsheet for each prefecture listed in the "Basic Survey on Wage Structure" (see link) and refer to the wage level of those with the same years of experience.
・When submitting documents, please make sure they are easy to check by marking the relevant areas.
