  • "1. Basic wage" is based on a monthly salary system
    If there is a fixed overtime allowance, the following details must be specified:
  • Basic salary excluding fixed overtime pay
  • Calculation method for fixed overtime pay, including working hours and amount
  • For overtime work exceeding the fixed overtime rate, an additional premium will be paid.

  • For "6. Wage payment method", select direct deposit to ensure stable payment of wages.

    Details must be filled in, such as the timing of salary increases, salary increase details, amount of salary increase, bonus amount or number of months of payment, number of bonus payments, amount of retirement benefits, and conditions for payment of retirement benefits.
  • "8. Salary increase" is the same as that described in the Important Matters Advance Explanation Document
