04. If you cannot log in

If you cannot log in to the "Foreigner Employment Management System."

There are two reasons why you can't log in:

① The ID or password you entered is incorrect.
② The password has expired.

① If the ID or password you entered is incorrect

A common mistake.
- Mistyped uppercase and lowercase letters.

② If your password has expired

If you cannot log in with the correct ID and password, your password may have expired.
(The password is valid for 180 days from the date of password setting.)

If you have not reset your password during the validity period, you will need to set a new password by going to "Lost ID/Password".

Passwords must be changed regularly

If you log in when the validity period is approaching the end, a notification will be displayed at the top of the screen.
If you see this notification, make the changes immediately and don't put it off.
