About JAC (Japan Association for Construction Human Resources)
Japan Association for Construction Human Resources (JAC) is an organization established in April 2019 to ensure the appropriate and smooth acceptance of foreign human resources in the construction field to the Japan construction industry, which is facing a serious shortage of human resources.
We mainly conduct evaluation examinations, implement free employment placement projects, and supervise appropriate employment to ensure an appropriate working environment for Specified Skilled Worker in the construction field.
Greetings
Specified Skilled Worker is safe
Aiming for an environment where you can demonstrate your abilities
The construction industry is made up of "people". Specified Skilled Worker System was born to respond to the crisis of increasing talent shortages.
Specified Skilled Worker (i) has a total period of stay of up to 5 years, and when you move to No. 2, you can bring your family with you. In other words, many foreigners who aim to Specified Skills come to Japan with a long-term stay in mind.
We consider it one of our important efforts to provide such a comfortable working environment for them. It's a critical mission to support Specified Skilled Worker to work safely and to put in place systems to help them perform better. Currently, we provide support services such as qualification acquisition, safety education, and Japanese language education for professional construction organizations and member companies that are actively promoting acceptance, and we plan to expand it further in the future.
JAC started from scratch and has walked together with member organizations and member companies. In the sense that it is still unfinished, there is no doubt that it is a system and organization that can evolve. As an organization that responds to major issues in the industry, we will continue to strive to contribute to the further development of the construction industry.

The meaning of the JAC logo
JAC works to connect people with companies and people with each other.
The mark represents the idea that people, companies and JAC should build strong relationships of trust, and that these relationships should always be fair and equal.
The "JAC" logo, with a design of "J" and "C" supported by an "A" in the center, represents how JAC, an association, acts as a bridge between companies and construction technicians. The circles at the top are evenly spaced, signifying an equal relationship.
The JAC logo uses three colors.
It represents diversity and shows that each person has a role to play.
- J Green Safe, secure, reliable
- A Blue: Trust, calm, fairness, sincerity
- C Orange: Vitality, passion, friendliness, encounters
