[Free online course] I'm having trouble with foreign employees! What should I do?
Deepen your understanding of Myanmar, Nepal, and Thailand through the Foreigner Coexistence Course

In order to accept foreigners as staff, there are a few things you need to know. These include what they value and what they dislike. Even in Japan, it can be hard to understand if you grew up in a different environment. What's more, if you come from a different country, your customs, culture, and religion are all different, so it's only natural that your inclinations and thoughts will be different.
In order to reach an agreement with such a person, mutual understanding is necessary. And by building a relationship of trust, the training, utilization, and retention of foreigners will improve significantly, and they will grow into an important asset for your company.
JAC has held coexistence courses in Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam since July 2023. From December 2023 to March 2024, we will hold coexistence courses in Myanmar, Nepal, and Thailand.
This course will provide a wide range of information, not only about the culture and customs of your home country, but also about the attractions of your home country and things to be aware of. Why not use this as a hint to create an environment where foreign workers can feel safe and secure and want to work for the company for a long time?
We welcome the participation of not only executives and managers, but also employees who work alongside foreign workers.
All six courses have now been completed.
