[Online/Free] "Foreigner Coexistence Course" for Japanese Employees
Work and live together.
A series of practical courses that support the creation of a site for cross-cultural coexistence.
JAC has been holding a "Foreign Symbiosis Course" for Japan employees since FY2023.
In FY2023, we will introduce the cultures and customs of six Southeast Asian countries, as well as the differences between them and Japan. In FY2024, we held a total of 9 "Plain Japanese Lectures," where students learned how to use "words that can be conveyed" in many settings.
While staying close to those who are worried about "how to communicate" and "how to treat" in the field of accepting foreigners, we will deliver knowledge and skills that can be used in practice.
FY2025 "Foreigner Coexistence Course" for Japanese Employees

Communication with foreign talent,
As the number of foreigners working in Japan increases and their nationalities become more diverse, are there any cultural differences that could cause misunderstandings? In this course, we will look at examples of situations that occur in the workplace and consider hints for creating a work environment that is easy for both Japanese and foreign employees to work in.
The main theme for FY2025 is "Cross-cultural understanding." Starting with "Cross-Cultural Understanding", the three themes of "Plain Japanese" and "Life/Transportation Guidance" will help you acquire the knowledge and responsiveness necessary to coexist with foreign human resources.
We conduct a survey every time and share examples of what participants are actually working on. We look forward to your participation so that this will be a place where participants can "learn from each other."
