[Free] "Foreign Workplace Coexistence Seminar 2026" for Japanese Employees

From "communication" to "mutual understanding." Creating a workplace where we grow together with foreign talent.

We will be holding the "Learning about Coexistence with Foreign Employees" for Japanese employees again in fiscal year 2026.
This practical workshop addresses common challenges in communicating with and interacting with foreign workers. Whether you are currently employing foreign workers or considering it, we encourage you to participate.

In fiscal year 2026, we plan to hold a total of six sessions across four themes. A hybrid format combining in-person and online participation will also be available, making it accessible to everyone.

"Foreign Worker Coexistence Training" for Japanese Employees, FY2026

Foreigner Coexistence Course 2026

A workshop to think together about multicultural coexistence based on real-world experiences.

The number of foreign workers in Japan has exceeded 2.57 million, a record high, and opportunities to interact with foreigners in the workplace and community are rapidly expanding. On the other hand, concerns are being raised about what kind of support and education companies and other organizations are providing to foreign workers, due to differences in lifestyle rules and manners.

Now that foreigners have become a more familiar presence, accepting foreign talent is an important issue that directly impacts not only companies but also local communities, and creating support systems for those receiving the talent is an urgent task.

From the surveys conducted in previous courses, it is clear that many participants are working hard every day in their respective fields with the desire to "create an environment where both foreigners and Japanese can thrive by understanding each other's cultures" and "to support people in becoming integrated into their local communities."

Based on your real-world opinions and experiences, we will further refine the content and address the following four themes in fiscal year 2026.

  1. ① Understanding different cultures in the workplace
  2. ② Basic knowledge of employing foreign nationals
  3. (3) Plain Japanese in the workplace
  4. ④ Community life and traffic guidance

We will conduct a survey after each session of this course to share participants' experiences and real-world case studies.
We sincerely look forward to your participation, as we hope this will be a place where participants can learn practical knowledge and know-how from each other.
