Recently, construction companies have been receiving calls saying things like, "We will introduce you to specified skilled workers for 400,000 to 450,000 yen," and JAC received this information from the companies.
・Caller number: Unknown
・Name of the sending company: Do not reveal name
■ Contents of the call
"We charge 400,000 to 450,000 yen per person for all services, from introducing personnel to paying the acceptance fee, application, procedures, and post-acceptance."
★ Countermeasures ★
When the topic of recruitment introduction comes up, be sure to ask the other party, "Construction work is free, right?"
That will apparently hang up the phone.
★ Points ★
* Paid job placement is prohibited in the construction industry.
* The acceptance fee is to be paid by the receiving company to JAC or to the regular member organization to which it is affiliated, and should never be paid to a recruitment agency.
* The application to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism must be made by the receiving company.
The document itself can be prepared by the accepting company itself, and the third party can be asked to enter the details, but if there are any corrections, the applicant (accepting company) or the application agent (lawyer or administrative scrivener) should be the only one to contact. Under the Administrative Scrivener Law and the Attorney Law, it is prohibited for a person other than an administrative scrivener or lawyer to prepare administrative documents such as a Specified Skills application form in exchange for compensation. In addition, the email address registered when applying must be the email address of the accepting company.
(There have been cases where important communications, such as round-trip visits, have not reached companies.)
■You may also receive suspicious phone calls.
Please be careful not to become a victim.
