What are the benefits of outsourcing to Registered Support Organizations?

Outsourcing support to Registered Support Organizations has great advantages in that it can greatly reduce the burden on the host company.

In addition, Registered Support Organizations is a "third party" for the host company and Specified Skilled Worker.
By intervening with a third party, it is easy for both the host company and Specified Skilled Worker to consult and obtain objective opinions.

Here's a guide to how much to pay for Registered Support Organizations

The cost of outsourcing to Registered Support Organizations is called the "support outsourcing fee".
It is stipulated that the support that the host company must provide must be borne by the host company.
Specified Skilled Worker cannot be made to bear the cost of support.

The support commission varies depending on the Registered Support Organizations, such as setting a fee for each monthly or support item.
In addition, in addition to the fixed cost, you may be required to pay separately as an initial cost.

Although it varies depending on the field, if the fee is set on a monthly basis, the support commission fee is about 2 to 30,000 yen (per month/person), but there is no upper limit on the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act fee collected from the host company.

However, when concluding a consignment contract, it is stipulated that the amount of the fee and its breakdown must be clearly stated.

In addition, the guidelines for setting support consignment fees for each item of support are as follows.

  • Pre-entry guidance: 20,000-60,000 yen (1 session)
  • Lifestyle orientation: 30,000-80,000 yen (1 time)
  • Regular consultation: 1,000 to 15,000 yen (1 session)
  • Support requiring accompaniment: 5,000 to 10,000 yen (per hour)

The higher the support commission, the better.
Check and consider the content of the support.

By the way, in Technical Intern Training, the trainee (company) is in a position to be supervised by a supervising organization (union, etc.), so it is necessary to join the supervising organization.
In addition to membership fees and investment funds, you will need to pay a supervision fee as a monthly fee.

The average supervision fee is said to be about 40,000 yen per student per month for Technical Intern Training, but in some cases, the amount per person decreases as the number of trainees increases.
As with Specified Skilled Worker 's support commission fee, there is no upper limit on the supervision fee for Technical Intern Training students.
