• The number listed on the certificate of all details is the "Company Corporation Number (12 digits)." This is different from the "Corporate Number (13 digits)."

Be sure to check with the organization you belong to to see if your membership card can be used to apply for Specified Skills. There have been an increasing number of cases where members of subordinate organizations are attached with cards that cannot be used.

If the company is already a member of a subordinate organization (child organization or grandchild organization) of a regular member organization, if the participating organization does not issue a membership card, check whether the original organization can issue a "membership card valid for applying for Specified Skilled Worker Acceptance Plan in the construction field certification".

Under the Administrative Scriveners Law and the Attorneys Law, it is prohibited for anyone other than an administrative scrivener or lawyer to receive remuneration and prepare administrative documents such as Specified Skills applications. (If a person other than an administrative scrivener or lawyer receives remuneration and prepares "documents to be submitted to public offices," he or she will be in violation of Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Administrative Scriveners Law and will be subject to imprisonment of up to one year or a fine of up to 1 million yen under Article 21 of the Administrative Scriveners Law.)

The form of the power of attorney for the "Specified Skilled Worker Acceptance Plan in the construction field Online Application" is the one developed by the Administrative Scrivener Association.
If you have the same requirements as the deployed form, you can also write a power of attorney in any form.
