Applying for changes to overseas recruitment information (JAC Members)



Procedure for applying for changes to overseas recruitment information

Please refer to the steps below when applying for changes to your overseas recruitment information.

Step 1.
Display the "Overseas Recruitment Information" screen

1-1. Display the "Overseas Job Seeker Information Board Menu" screen

On the home screen of the "JAC Members" app, tap "Bulletin Board" on the bottom menu bar.

The "Overseas Job Seekers Information Board Menu" screen will be displayed.

1-2. Display the "Overseas Recruitment Information" screen

When overseas recruitment information is "not public"
→Tap 【Overseas recruitment information (private)】.

When overseas recruitment information is "Now Public"
→Tap 【Overseas recruitment information (currently available)】.

1-3. Display the "Change Overseas Recruitment Information" screen

On the "Overseas Recruitment Information" screen, tap "Change."

A dialog box will open, so tap [Apply for changes].

The "Overseas Recruitment Information Change Application" screen will be displayed.

Step 2.
Change your registration information

2-1. Change information

Select the item you want to change and enter the information.

Scroll the screen to see all the information.

2-2. Display the confirmation screen

Tap [Next] to display the confirmation screen.

Step 3.
Check the application details

3-1. Check the displayed content

Scroll through the screen and verify that the updated information is correct.
If the information is correct, check "If there are any changes to the information I entered, I will notify you promptly" and tap "Apply."
*If there are any changes to the recruitment information, please promptly apply for changes to the recruitment information by following the same procedure as this time.

If you want to edit the content, tap [Back].

Once your application has been successfully sent to JAC, you will be returned to the "Overseas Job Seekers Information Board Menu" screen.

Step 4.
Completion of overseas recruitment information changes

4-1. Confirm that the overseas recruitment information change application has been approved by JAC

Once your application for changes to overseas recruitment information has been approved, you will receive a message from JAC.
At that time, the overseas recruitment information that has been publicly available until now will be made "private" for the time being.
This completes the changes to your overseas recruitment information.

*When JAC checks the details of your overseas recruitment application, it may make corrections if necessary.

Step 5.
Cancellation of change request

5-1. Display the "Overseas Recruitment Information (Application in Progress)" screen

On the "Overseas Job Seeker Information Board Menu" screen, tap "Overseas Recruitment Information (Change Application in Progress)."

"Overseas Recruitment Information (Application in progress)" will be displayed.

5-2. Cancelling an application for changes to overseas recruitment information

On the "Overseas Recruitment Information (Application in Progress)" screen, tap [Cancel].

The "Confirm Cancellation" dialog box will appear, so tap [Cancel].

If the cancellation is successful, you will be returned to the "Overseas Job Seekers Information Board Menu" screen.
